No-Reason Return and Exchange

We offer no-reason returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain the return address. The following conditions apply for returns and exchanges:

  • The product must remain unopened and unused. As we sell bags, any protective strips or edge protectors on the packaging should not be removed. The product should be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items

If your product has a quality issue or you received the wrong item, we offer free returns and exchanges. Here’s how we handle it:

  • Free Return and Exchange: We will send you the correct item free of charge. If you no longer wish to receive the item, you can return it to our warehouse, and we will issue a full refund upon receipt.
  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to quality issues or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. You will not incur any additional fees.

Returns and Exchanges After 14 Days

After 14 days from the receipt of your order, we no longer accept no-reason returns and exchanges. However, we provide one-year quality assurance. If a non-human-caused quality issue arises within this period, we offer free repair or replacement services:

  • Free Repair: If your product has a non-human-caused quality issue, please contact us via our official email to receive repair location details. After sending the product to the designated repair location, we will repair it and send it back to you.
  • Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired or is severely damaged, we will provide a free replacement. We will ship a new product as a replacement.

  • All returns and exchanges must comply with the conditions listed above.
  • To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please keep the original packaging of the product.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected to confirm it meets the return conditions. The processing time may vary depending on the payment method.
